The Challenge

Swiftreg needed to expand beyond a local audience and serve clients through a more capable digital process.

Swiftreg helps businesses with company registration, compliance, and related administration. One of the first business needs was to move beyond a primarily Cape Town-based reach and present the service to a broader market in a way that felt professional, trustworthy, and easy to act on.

The website also needed to do more than explain services. It had to become part of the delivery process itself by collecting information, guiding clients through next steps, and supporting an ongoing job flow rather than a once-off enquiry only.

The Solution

A modern website combined with a personal client login experience.

Ddesign created a large, structured website with a modern look and feel, together with a client portal that allowed users to move from initial research into actual service delivery. The result was a website that explained products clearly while also acting as a live working platform for customer onboarding and registration progress.

All submitted data became immediately available to staff through the back-end database, helping Swiftreg process registrations faster and with better continuity.

Back-End Integration

Connected website data with operational staff systems.

The website database gave Swiftreg immediate access to captured information, documents, and job data, helping staff manage registrations more efficiently as soon as the client had submitted the required details.

The office-facing data workflow was supported by a Microsoft Access front-end linked to both online and offline SQL servers, allowing the business to manage the handling and progression of registrations through its own internal processing environment.
